Aging Well- Engaging in the later years; Let’s not falter!

Physical changes, loss, disappointments, and new challenges affect us all. An 8 week study circle in which we will take our current pulse, create/practice new activities, and tell our physical story!
Developed with the aging adult in mind yet open to all.
We will reference material from Julia Cameron’s It’s Never Too Late to Begin Again.
